About the founder
Built by someone who cares about restraint, trust, and usable health software.
Fuel was built by Cody Jo Eflin after starting a doctor-guided GLP-1 weight-loss journey and realizing that what he eats and how much he moves have an outsized effect on how the whole experience feels day to day.
Meet the founderA previous attempt was cut short because the side effects were too disruptive, which made the relationship between food, movement, and symptoms impossible to ignore.
Fuel came out of wanting a tracker that actually helps with those patterns without turning private health data into something to harvest.
Designed to help you return daily without friction and see what is actually working.
Privacy
Your health data should not become ad inventory.
Fuel is ad-free now and stays ad-free in the preview. Join the free-for-life preview when you want private logging, saved history, cross-device continuity, and access to the current AI features.
Read the privacy policyAd-free forever on the free tier.
No data selling, no surveillance posture, and no pressure to hand over more than the product needs.
AI is currently included for preview members and can become part of Premium later without stripping current preview access away.
For real routines
Fuel fits daily habits, not idealized ones.
Some days you want a quick log and a clear view of what happened. Other days you want a longer look at trends, symptoms, medication effects, or adherence. Fuel is meant to support both.
For simple daily logging
Open the app, log food, water, movement, or medication, and move on without falling into a maze of prompts.
For pattern review
Use progress views, recaps, and trend surfaces when you want to understand what is actually changing over time.
For private reflection
Keep symptom notes, wellness context, and journaling close to the rest of your data when the story matters as much as the number.
Start with the basics, then go deeper when you want
Join the preview when you are ready to keep your private health history in one place. The current experience remains included for preview members, and future Premium features can layer on later without changing that.
